Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at StudentCo online shop. Our online shop provides unique fashion products from our independent designers back by high-quality material and reliable production. Using the best Quality Assurance standards, our Sales and Marketing team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Date of Returning Items

If your items are defective or damaged, or just because you think the items you received are not in the manner in which you want them – just tell us and we will give you 100% refund. We strongly encourage you to email us at returns@studentco.tech, your satisfaction is very important to us!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return.

Replacements

As mentioned, we do offer a replacement option if the items that you received on your original order are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order. Please note, we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. If you wish to exchange your items for new or different items, please follow the return instructions indicated above and place a new order for the new items.

Shipping or Transportation Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method.Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds Payment

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used. If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative, and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued, and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.

Sale or Special promotion Refunds

Note: We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to: Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.

Important Notice

Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items

Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product?


If your items are defective or damaged, just tell us and we will give you a 100% refund or replace the new one immediately for free. Please include the following information:


– Order number

– Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

– Complete delivery address

– Contact telephone number

– In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.


Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to insure proper credit in a timely manner.


Unhappy with the items you received

If you are unhappy with the items you received, please let us know we will try our best to correct our mistake. We will immediately make a refund if it helps you feel better. You don’t need to return those items to us (which will cost your money and time), just send us an email. Your happiness is very important to us!

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@studentco.tech

Garments Alterations or Embellishments

@studentco.tech Online Boutique can’t accept returns of printed, washed or decorated merchandise. You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments.
